Fabrics

Fabrics are procured from domestic suppliers or imported as per desired output. Buyer normally
coordinates fabric development with the fabric supplier direct or in other cases RMG manufacturer
will advice the buyer fabric of mills that produce the required fabric.

Cutting

Cutting of fabrics is done with fully automatic laser cutting machines, as well as traditional
hand machine cutters.

Sewing

---

There are latest computerized sewing machines from brands such as Yuki and Pegasus, besides
other machine suppliers.

Assembling

---

Normally each sewing line has its own Q.C department, constantly checking the sewing quality, size
specifications and accessories.

---

Finishing

---

Ironing and packaging is done by using semi or fully automatic steam suction ironing tables, enabling
perfect ironing and avoiding residual moisture in garments. During the packaging a final Q.C is performed,
after which the garments are packed in carton boxes guaranteeing a safe transport to destination.
